Homemade Sourdough


Artisan style sourdough using only wild yeast and simple organic ingredients  Simply natural, wildly wonderful, and made locally in Visalia, California. The sourdough is pre-sliced for your convenience.

TIP: If you won't eat it fast enough, place it in the freezer and you can take out individual slices as you'd like.

How to thaw and refresh loaf:
1. Allow your frozen loaf to thaw (in the bag)
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Remove loaf from the bag and lightly run it, very quickly, under cold water
4. Place the whole load directly on the oven rack and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
5. Remove refreshed loaf to cool completely on a cooling rack
